Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities:
• Primary client contact on two to three healthcare accounts
• Responsible for strategic direction of campaigns and day-to-day project management, including: creative brief development, creative kick-offs, and project execution through completion
• Responsible for nurturing client relationships to ensure clients are satisfied
• Identify both organic growth and new business opportunities and participate in pitches
• Manage client billing and budgets
• Mentor junior account team

Requirements:
• 5-7 years' experience in an account management role, including 3+ years within an advertising agency
• Strong strategic thinker with advanced writing, problem solving and creative assessment skills
• Experience with both traditional and digital marketing communications
• Attitude of accountability
• Ability to understand and handle complex problems, instructions and correspondence
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required
• B2B experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Proficient in social media platforms
• B.A. or B.S.
